If your sick of kwaikens or Japanese inspired pieces, you probably should move along. :cool:


I have been doing a ton of these style blades lately, here are a few variations.


XL Oregonto. This one is double ground and at .275" thick it is a serious battle blade. The Hartsfield style sheath is wrapped in Bison leather.





Chisel ground compact Oregonto with Old school cotton under wrap and turks knot. This one has 3.75" blade. Gorgeous mahogany bison on the sheath.








One more with a 4" blade and burgandy stingray.





I call this one "chunkidashi" :D


 
You have truly gotten these down to an art Ben.
I tried a tanto point grind once and got so annoyed that it did not turn out proper I have put that style on the way later list. Am just going to have to try an make it to the Eugene show an pick your brain a bit about where I went wrong.
