Replacing the pivot pins + washers for my BM42 clone

Greetings from Ireland! can you believe that balisongs are illegal here because they look scary?
Anyway somehow I managed to get a BM42 clone from aliexpress through customs. Its really nice to flip but after 5 minutes of flipping the pivot pins become loose. I've been searching and searching but I cannot seem to find the exact size of the pivot, could anyone help me? According to a few balisong forums, these washers are suitable for my balisong

from browsing multiple forums, the only thing I can find in regards to pivot size is "3/16" so would these pivots fit my balisong?

Thanks in advance for any help, also apologies if this is a silly question! :9:

I believe the pivots for that CCC BM42 are 5/32". Knifekits.com sells them. Did you strip the pivots that came with the bali or do they just loosen up after you flip it a bit. If they are not stripped have you tried a bit of loc-tite on them? Also, if not stripped make sure you heat the pivots before you try to unscrew it completely. They usually will loosen only to a certain point if you don't heat it. Many people use a soldering iron but I use a pencil butane torch. Knifekits.com ships worldwide I believe as they send everything not fully put together if you want a better bali.

Thanks for the reply! I think they might be striped. Either way they are fit for a replacement now!
So would these items fit my CCC?

I just want to be sure before I order.

Those should work but I think you're putting good money into a bad product. If you're determined to fix the one you have why not buy a CCC trainer off Ebay for $8 or $9 & strip it for parts? People on this board can give you some recommendations for a better starter bali that won't break the bank. IMHO if you want a better, cheaper bali perhaps you should look into an M Tech Twist. If you're willing to spend a bit more perhaps a Kimura if you can find one.
