Finished assembly & wiring up my Wilmont LB1000. Loving the switch to 2x72 and variable speed. Chris Williams has been a great person to deal with. First knife on the new machine is ready for HT, need to grind 5 more.

i have had my LB1000 for almost 18 months and it is still going strong. i really like that any 1.5" tool arm fits without mod.

Hey, whatever it takes, right? Not a bad idea for now, but be careful it doesn't unscrew the bolt, gonna scare the snot out of you when it does. Not to spam you, but have seen my small wheel video? You can make a set pretty cheap.

I run it super slow, but I would imagine that would be a hell of a scare if it backed out all the way! I haven't seen your video, link?

Here's how I made mine, total cost was only about $50 for the whole set. I used odds and ends out of the scrap box mostly, but it works like a champ.
