USA knifemaker supply contact help

I have been trying to get in touch with USA (Midwest) Knifemakers supply for several days at various hours each day and they go straight to voicemail . Left messages and sent email but still no reply. Does anyone know anything about them not answering their phone? I like to buy from them but I need to contact. Any reply would be appreciated. Kurt Schrock

we have been there and the phones on our end are working. The number is 507-720-6063
not sure what the problem is but we will check with the phone company.
