Sorry I didn't get pics of the gluing process. It is such a mess I couldn't figure out how to hold the camera and the drippy died epoxy at the same time. Here is the handle in the sanding position after the glue dried.
Then after a buffing. 
Now its time to make a sheath. I am still thinking, do I want leather or kydex? Anyone want to chime in?

As per popular demand I started the leather sheath today. Like always I start out with a paper pattern.
After I am happy with the pattern I cut the pieces out.
I decided to add some snake skin to the sheath.
I really need to invest in a Go-Pro camera. I didn't get any pics of the tooling and dyeing, but here it is.
Now I am waiting for the glue to dry. When dry, I will poke some more holes and start the hand sewing. Thank for voting for leather!
