Thanks. I liked the outcome but I don't think it is going to work the way I was hoping it would so I think I will change the style slightly. I'll post some pics when I do.
I got sidetracked making small EDC knives. I made these two sheaths tonight and found out I'm not good at making the taco style sheaths. I don't get a good fit or feel with them.
I think it's .060". I'm pretty sure the problem was that I didn't have it hot enough and I tried to redo that one a second time. The recent ones have been doing are turning out a bit better.
