Is a western manufacuring company knife I've found a 77 and USA on it. All the pictures I have found show stainless blades and wood handles, but only one w black handle.
I have one with the diamond wood scales. It came with a black basket weave belt clip sheath. I think I paid about 30 bucks about fifteen years ago. Good knife for the price.
This ones over 20yrs old so I'm guessing is a oddball that "doesnt exist" lol. Thanks slatroni this one has a black basket weave sheath and clip and retention all in one. It hangs upside down on my tac vest and works well.
