Hello,
i didn't post much lately as i was busy renovating my new shop, here is a a short WIP i did.

my older shop was a 100 square feet room so moving to a bigger place was long overdue, the new place is 750 square feet and is divided to five main rooms and a kitchen.
a dirty room for grinding, a machining room, a storage room, an office/clean room for assembling folders and for leather work and one extra room to sit with guests.

the building was abandoned for five years and was in rough shape, i spent the last two months on renovating it in return to six months rent free, a good deal.
the area is very nice with some great view, all in all i'm very happy i found this place.

had allot of help from friends removung all the old paint

new paint

new floor

second layer of cement board in the two work rooms.

opening a part of the wall to get the bigger machins inside

electricity, the only thing that wasn't done by me.

the office

the dirty room

i still have allot of stuff to move in, i'll post updates.
