Ok today I had to work on the G10 for the handles.I wanted
1/4 inch but it was out of stock so I went with 3/8 and had to reduce it.Not fun !
So I marked my trim line and used double sided tape and a 1-2-3 block, this kept everything nice and square.Next over to a contraption I built for grinding bow laminations at the drill press and wala perfect 1/4 inch thick G10 scales.

I'm really enjoying this one. Its one thing to do the work yourself, quite another to see how someone else does it. Thanks for this wip!

Thanks Eric,ok in the final stretch.Went to the belt grinder and brought the scales down to meet the spine then over to the drill press with multiple drum
sSanders to bring in the belly keeping everything nice and square.Next over to the bench for hand profiling using files and sand paper.Hand sanded down to 1200 grt and hand buffed with Renaissance wax.Added the prescribed initials to the blade and sharpened to hair shaving sharp.
