Here is a set I have been working on. Thanks to a very patient customer.. I know these will be worth the wait!

OK, the specs.

Blades are san mai, 1095 High Carbon steel with HHH damascus cladding RC 61.

The paring knife is a scalpel and measures in with a OAL of approx 7.5"


The Petty/utility knife measures 11" OAL with a 6" bade tip to heel. Blade height approx 41mm at the heel.


The Gyuto is a impressive 14 3/4" OAL with a 9.5" blade tip to heel.


The Handles are a combination of Ebony and Stabilized birch. With custom spacers and stainless pins with single mosaics.

Beautiful work as always! The patterns give a versatile selection of cutting tools and those Birch handles pop off the screen!
 
You guys are a riot. But the truth is. Growing up and growing old are not one in the same. and you can grow old and not "really" grow up. Just look at KT. ;)
