Hi all,
Just found this forum and thought I'd intro myself.
I'm from the UK and my primary interest is in kitchen knives, and their use within the kitchen / culinary environment.
I'm interested in techniques, sharpening, steel, geometry, custom builds, more or less everything really in the kitchen so I guess I'll spend most of the time in that new part of the forum but that's not to say I won't look else where.
I can certainly appreciate all the hunting, utility knives etc but very strict laws in this country make it quite hard to own and use these sorts of blades without good reason.
Anyway, looking forward to meeting a few of you and having a good look around.
