This one was made for me by Mike Carter based on a design of mine.

in Texas the legal carry limit for a fixed blade knife is a 5.5 inch blade, that does not include the handle. the handle can be whatever, the blade just has to be 5.5and the knife must be carried where it can be seen. i.e. not hidden under your shirt or in a boot or anything like that.

this is my knife design that Mike Carter is currently working on for me. it's 10 inches over all (5 1/2 inch blade) damascus, full tang with filework, sambar stag handle, reconstituted turquoise bolsters, antiqued brass guard and pommel.

i'd love to have thunderdome! great looking knife.

i personally like it. but i do think some embelishment on the bolsters would make it look great.
