    thanks alot guys,this knife gave me a lot of trouble all the way through,but im pretty happy with how it came out. and denny,i slept right through the quake which was good.we live a long way from where it hit fortunatly.very lucky noone was killed.

    thanks guys,dwane we have himilayan thar over here in nz.they are a big hairy mountain goat,and they were released here for hunting.also the patina was the gun blue and bleach method. cheers, casey

    Micarta sheath

    ive made my own micarta around a block of wood so it is allready shaped once it is dry. its very easy.just cover the wood mould in vasaline so the first layer dosnt stick to it.
