I finally have the first run of Titanium folder pivot sets done. The screws are 6AL4V titanium and the barrels are 416 stainless!! 3/16 pivot barrels are dead nuts on. Tolerance on the barrels is .1875 +0/-.0003. These came out Spectacular!!! The attached photos are of the screws as machined...

I just finished this for the Blade Show next month. This is my Collision flipper with my new inlay pattern out of LSCF. I wanted to do an inlay within an inlay, so I put Super conductor inside the LSCF... The blade is S35vn and the pocket clip is LSCF. Please let me know what you think...

Rudy.. Super conductor is made from niobium wire encapsulated in copper.... It is what huge electro-magnets are made from.... Murph... I'll miss you!!!!! You gonna be at A.G.'s show in July???

This was an order I just finished for a customer. Lightspeed folder with a 3 1/8" blade from .135 CPM 154. The Bolsters, back spacer and badass pocket clip are blued mosaic damascus. The handles are Carbon fiber. The liners and double thumb studs are titanium. OAL open 7 3/8" Closed 4 1/8"...

If superconductor bolsters are cool, then double superconductor bolsters are at least twice as cool!!! The bolsters have quilted C/F sandwiched between them. The Blade, Spacer and pocket clip are from my Smokescreen Damascus. Bead blasted and jeweled liners with a bit of file work finish...
