    Thank you! I cut the shape with the angle grinder and the detailed shape with the belt grinder. The circular saw blades are not very hard. Just about 45 - 50 RC. You can cut and grind this steel very good. No need to anneal this steel. HT is like O1 or O2 steel. Very good results with fine...

    I made an office knife of a circular saw blade. Heat treatment was similar as for O1 steel and resulted in hardness of 61 HRC. It is evil sharp :) Hope you like it... PiedPiper

    A few months before I found rust under the termorun handle of my Fjallkniven F1 handle. I decided to give my knife a new look and also an optimized grind. I changed the grind from convex to flat and I grind the full tang (because of missing holes) down to a hidden tang. I'm curious how it looks...
