My name is Chris and I live in Virginia. I'm a sheet metal fabricator and for the last 2 or 3 years I have been making knives. My brother got me into it asking questions about an electric heat treat oven (which we built). I decided at that time to build a forge and try pattern welding. I'm addicted and it's become much more than a hobby at this point. I have a wife and daughter and a close knit family of do-it-yourself 'ers and craftsmen.
