Hi, Just purchased a Rockstead Higo-J ZDP and asking if anyone has experience in using and sharpening this type of mirror polished blade? Will be greatful for help as I am not going to use it before having a clue how to maintain ... Looking forward to check out your comments, Stefan :happy:
