37 year old veteran and single father of three from wild wonderful west virginia. I have battled with ptsd and pannick attacks for years then I diascoverd that knife making helped me stay centered. Since then i've been working metal whenever my budget allows for it. I am still working to better my technique and gather better equipment. Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated.
