At Owen Bush's recent hammer-in in the UK, James quickly knocked this one out. He left it lying around and a few of us saw it and admired it. At some point one evening I negotiated a trade with him.

The forging is very impressive. the only part that a grinder has touched, is the edge.

He's 14 years old.

He wants me to critique his work.

I can only see two flaws and it's pathetic to pick up either of them.

I can't wait to see how his work improves as he gets older!! :O
 
James has the talent that is for sure!!

He will do some very nice work in the future.

That knife will be one to put in a display frame with his name and date on it.

Well it's already been said, but I will say it again, and that is in my opinion outstanding work for a 14 year old !!! Frank
