This was a custom order for a client in Sweden.

Specs.

OAL 8 1/2 "
Damascus blade, 1095 / 15n20
Handle, ebony and Birch burl.
Inlays, Gold lip MOP and Paua Abalone
Spine, engraved vine and leaf
Sheath, Hand made leather with viper inlay.

This was a bit out of my norm, but I love a challenge and am happy that I was able to make this fine knife!

I think it turned out great, and my customer, Well..... He LOVES IT!

Got a idea for a cool custom knife? Thats what I do!

I love the whole knife, but the pearl inlays had to be a pain in the butt to install, they look really complicated. Very nice job.

Great job oh the knife. It all looks good together. Nice how the design carries over to the inlay on the sheath.

Hey, Thanks you guys. for the kind words and complements..
The inlays were a bit tricky. but they always are.. :)

It really feels perfect in the hand, fast and balanced. and that VERY important to me.

Again Thanks..

That blade shape is classy and I really like the inlay's. The only problem I have is that it reminds me of how much I need to learn:D

Thanks for the comments. This knife was a great challenge.. from the guard to the inlays and everything in between.
The sheath was the easy part.. I had it made by Carl Thomas. He does great work, as you can see.

Some day I may try my hand at leather and sheath making..

I hate to tell you this, but there is one HUGE thing that's so veeeerrrrryyyy wrong with that knife...

...(it's not for me...sigh.):(
Seriously, that's one of the most beautiful knives I've seen all year brother.
