Yup, me too, came thru last night. Looks like a link to an infected URL. If you tried to follow his link you may have infected your computer. The link back is to alturl in other words alternative URL.

I got one as well. Thank you for starting this thread, I was trying to find a faq on here on how to deal with suspect persons...
