Elk Skinner with Maple

This is a kit knife I have put together. I really have too many knives. Need to get rid of a few.
The blade is 440c SS. The maple is not stableized. I did finish it with Danish Oil (4 coats), wax (4 coats), and 2 coats of wipe on poly. It does have a sheath with it, just forgot the pics. The overall size is 5.5" with 3" of cutting edge. A heafty 5/32" thick, it is heavy. Great balance.
All for $75, with shipping in Con. US.

James,
I think that knife looks great!, and if I squint, I can see myself skinning a critter with it. Keep in mind that when you are selling here, you are looking at people who make as many knives as they buy. My best luck with online sales has been gunbroker.com although you do pay a fee, you should get more than 75$ for that one. I built and sold 32 knives last year while still having a full time job and about 8 or 9 were on gunbroker for a good price.
Just my two cents.

Good luck,
Steve

Thanks Steve. Your comments mean a lot. I spent way too much time on this one. I will look into the gunbroker. Thanks, James.

I am Not a fan of small knives,,, But, this one has an allure, the design is A1 and I could see myself skinning a grizzly or Elk with it, love the maple, without seeing the sheath, if the steel were 12c27, I would have bought it in a Heartbeat. That knife is a Great buy!!
