I have actually spent some time with Ron, (Rancid Crabtree) and gone to the Deer and Turkey Expo in Madison, WI with him and been to his house about 15 minutes from mine. he is a modern day mountain man, an excellent teacher and a good man.

this tutorial, which has been on the net for a while now on various bowhunting, outdoors and hunting forums, is the finest I have ever seen and worthy of a "bump" for those that have never seen this.

Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much for posting it. Instead of trying to do it from memory I can go back and review this tutorial and do it right.
 
Thank's i checked it out. i have done lots of deer, pigs and elk. it is just about the same as i do.

Good do-it yerself tutorial! If you're doing a lot of deer, it doesn't make sense to freeze bone.
