I have bought a Damascus billet from Randy to make a knife order, I start to grind the knife and suddenly some small and deep holes starting to show up and I count send the knife to the customer like that:( i send a mail to Randy and told him the problem . 5 days after I have a package from Randy with a replacement billet so I could make my order done:35:
I have to say a big thanks to Randy for an excellent customer service. :thumbup::thumbup:
