It makes a year today that my Lady past away at the age of 37. Helen I love you and really miss you.

Do something or watch something today that you recall she would have just laughed herself silly doing with you.
Always remember the smiles.
As long as there is one single person who remembers you fondly , you live forever.
 
May the laughter and joy you experienced together give you comfort. I can't immagine the pain that you feel. It will get better over time but the empty spot will always be there. I guess it's the price of remembering and I really don't think that would want to forget her. If you feel like you need a good cry then do it. No one needs an explanation.
