Early 1800's Neck Sheath w/ Dag

The upper Missouri valley was a melting pot of cultures during the fur trade era.
My interpretation of a Eastern Indian style sheath that met a Upper Plains blacksmith made Dag blade.
Coyote jawbone handle and the beading patterns are from pics of quilled items. The neck straps from bandolier bags. I'm sneaking up on quilling. Some of my egg tanned leather dyed with homebrew Walnut hull dye....Randy

I'll take that as good....I am liking these "rehab" projects Brother Wade...could get used to staying
around the house playing with iron and hides.....
