Barker Tosa with 5" blade (pic heavy)

This my Tosa with a 5" blade. Originally, I designed the Tosa to be a 6" blade. I scaled it down some and I am very pleased with the results. This one is about 0.190" thick at the ricasso. The blade is CPM S35VN with a high hollow grind and a tumbled finish. The scales are green and light green canvas micarta. Tapered tang. Too bad this one is an order or it would be staying with me. Comments welcome.

Great looking knife and aptly named. The Tosa has a very colorful history as it was developed to be a fighting par excellence. During its development, the Japanese imported many pitbulls from fighting bloodlines to add to their tosa. At the time, the were aiming for a dog that be able to beat the american pitbull terrier consistently and do so without whimpering or crying.

Anyhow, I do not condone any form of animal contact "sports/ activities," but as I have owned pitbulls for nearly 20 years, there history is well ingrained in me. My apologies if this post offends anyone's sensibilities.
