I have some of the butternut tree that I cut down last year left. It's good for carving and smoking meats or mounting a anvil. If you want it come and get it.

I wonder if the airport would let me check one and carry one on. Thats two pieces, how many are there?
 
You dont see too much butternut around here anymore , Around these parts the locals call it white walnut . Some great looking stuff . It's directly related to Black walnut . You should cut her into slabs and sell em , I am sure once makers see how nice it is you could sell all of it .....
 
Its quite rare around these parts and is highly sought after by craftsmen who make small boxes and presentation cases.
 
Are you willing to put it on a pallet so I can have it picked up?
I've been a part-time professional woodcarver for many years and butternut is my wood of choice.
I've done many commissions with butternut.

I'd love to have it.
