The Old Timer.......

This is a knife I've had in the shop for several weeks now. The blade was totally done with hand held hammers power by a 64 year old man. The blade is 9 1/2" by 2" right next to the guard. It was at one time a piece of truck leaf spring my old pal Wayne had given me. The handle is curly maple with iron fittings. 14 1/2" overall. Tried something different on the sheath. Plan on doing more of this in the future. Please let me know what you think of the sheath. Also if you see something that I should change also let me know.

The knife is amazing and the sheath looks like it grew there. Only problem is it's not here to play with...
The 64 yr. old hammer power wields it with great talent...My center seam sheaths resemble a large "S"....

Very well done. The sheath fits the knife style very nicely. Excellent job and a beautiful knife.
