Filet knife recommendation

I have a family member that is an avid fisherman. His wife asked me to recomend a filet knife for one of his Christmas gifts. I use a custom that I made for myself and don't really have any insight on production models, so I need as much input as I can get from you guys. The price max is under $100. It will be used for fileting bluegills, crappie, yellow perch, and white bass. A lot of the fish will be caught through the ice, so it will be used in subfreezing temps a lot, with gloves on. Any help you guys can offer is appreciated greatly!

Todd.
There is still a lot a variables in this, Does he like em stiff or flexing or lots of flex? Tall or medium? Long or short?

This is Dr Suess Book, Green Eggs and Ham type scenario?

You need a bit more to go on here!

I've never been Ice fishing so that may add another factor?

Best of Luck.
