Clip point skinner/first try at a rawhide sheath

This was my first crack at a rawhide sheath. I dyed it with some coffee, walnut hulls, and a quick dip in vigaroon. It's a cross-draw design made to be worn on the left hip.

The knife is forged out of 1084 steel. All the shaping was done with a hammer and file, and touched up with hand sanding. I'm not sure what the scales are, it was in a box of other wood I got from a bow builder.

Hey Jonathan,
Nice little knife and the sheath looks real good for a first. Looking forward to seeing MORE. Wade
