Here is a Nesmuke with an Elk horn handle. with a leather wraped guard.
The blade is Boise Cascade band saw blade steel. This steel has always tested out as 15n20, however this particular blade was not tested.
The finish on the blade is a mustard etch to give the old look.
Has a vegetable ivory butt cap.(tagua nut).
The sheath is 7-8 oz leather with a Elk hide panel laid over the top with a Rose pattern on it.
length 9.5 inches
Blade 5 inches
handle 4.5 inches
Blade thickness 3/32 inch
The balde has been hardened and tempered.
