This was one of those knives that just seemed to make its-self... I started Thursday morning in the shop with my 7yo son and we came up with an idea... It was done and assembled by Saturday evening. Only need a sheath and to be sharpened.

I am still debating on what type of sheath to make, but am currently leaning toward horizontal, 1 o'clock carry and using a stud/loop for retention.

Thoughts, critiques, ideas and input are all welcome. :)

Brad, that guard is cool and I like the shape of the handle. Nice job, must be your helper's influence....

Well done. I like your makers mark, and the overall finished product. I especially like the flow of curves from the handle through the blade. Nice job!

Thanks for the good words everybody. :)

I'm gonna work on the sheath today and get it sharpened.
