no this is'nt a b-rated horror film sharp knife+dull drill bit+loose vise+strong mill= DSCF2855.jpgDSCF2856.jpgDSCF2857.jpg this is after six days. but i got off lucky i still have all my fingers:biggrin:
 
Little Badger, I'm gonna have to tell your dad that he needs to give you a bit more supervision. Glad to know they damage wasn't any worse.
 
Whew! thats gonna leave a couple scars. I like the stitching job on the ring finger, did the doctor run out of thread and was only able to stitch every quarter inch? hehe, sorry
 
You bring them into your shop, you feed them and clean them and this is the thanks you get.

A vise is good for straight parts, but not so good for irregular ones. You can make a fixture that has a stop pin to keep the blade from doing the helicopter thing. You can also put a step in it to keep it from pulling up too much. I learned it a little easier than you did, I only had enough of a scratch to bleed a little but still very scary.

yeah, i must say mena doctors cant read an m.r.i. or an x-ray but they can stitch, the several times ive been there for haveing stiches there fairly good. course they told me that i had a slight tear in the meniscus, three days ago i go to a knee specialist and he says that my acl is torn completly in half. no more basket ball for the rest of the year...
