Jeremy Horton's Necker Review

This is my first knife review so please bear with me.

I have been carrying this knife every day since I got it few weeks ago. Its small size fits nicely in my pocket. The kydex sheath is simple but very functional.

The knife itself is 6" long and about 2.5" blade - its heat treated D2 steel to 59RC - some knives come out darkened out of the heat treat and that is what I asked Jeremy for.

The grip is comfortable the edges are nicely beveled. The knife fits great in my hand.

The knife spots a convex edge and its very sharp.

I have used it for various slicing and cutting jobs and it performed admirably.

The polished edge easily shaves hair even after extensive use, it is also easily maintained by a leather strop.

Overall I really happy with this blade and if I was asked to sum it up I would call it - "Tough Little Bastard":D

Some more pic for your pleasure.

Thanks Pauli,, for the post, my D2 I take a little higher than my A2. These are 59 RC. Anyways I appreciate your time you have taken ,,

did you modify the sheath (made these curves between the rivets) or is this k. work? i bought 5 from j. but they were all straight, without the curves.
