Fathers Day for a Marine.

I made this for a customer, his 90 something year old Father was a marine during WW2. 13-c-26 blade,titanium liners and 410 stainless steel scales. Its a liner lock and I gave it a nail nick instead of a thumb stud. I bead blasted the scales then etched the name and emblem on it. My crappy pictures don't do it justice, believe me it's very nice.
 
Great looking piece Calvin! Thank you for sharing. I have no doubt that this knife brought a heck of a smile to the the face of one of our heroes.
 
Thanks for the compliments ya'll. The recipient hasn't seen it yet, I havent even told the customer it's finished, but I'm sure they will both like it.
 
I'd love to see a pic of the gentleman when he opens the box. I bet there will be a smile from ear to ear.
