i dont have that many pictures of me actually forging or working, but i talked my mom into doing a little photoshoot while i was heat treating a knife blank i bought from USAknifemaker.com, which i was just practicing bevels on, and also my first attempt to make damascus, admittedly, i started out with a few too many inches, seeing as how i was trying to work it by hand, but ill probably get it finished this summer! the pictures arent of anything spectacular, but i just really like the contrast of them, hope you enjoy! also i am going to try to organize the photos so its of the heat treat, then the damascus

Thanks! yeah that billet is a real tough SOB, im going to wyoming in july to learn how to make liner lock folders from mike draper, and while im there i think ill take advantage of their tools and pound this one out with their nice press. then next time ill start with a smaller billet! live and learn i guess! haha
