Slim and light

This is one of my standard designs, and I decided to make it slim and light this time. Handles are 1/8” black paper Micarta on 1/8” steel, hardware is stainless and copper. The stainless tube is actually scrap hydraulic line from a deep sea oil well downhole smartwell assembly, and the copper is electrical ground wire, peened to fit tight. I kinda wanted to keep this one but I'm just a couple more knives away from a new grinder. Good news is, it sold to someone on my mailing list in 16 minutes!

OAL: 7.1” | Blade: 3.1”

the mailing list has been great. I have over 100 folks fighting to get a knife, and every time someone nearly misses they want one even more. I also get to make whatever the smash I want, and if nobody on the list wants it I can sell it somewhere else. Very freeing, that list.
