Ok, not sure what I really would call this one because "the chopper" just doesn't seem right...

I know its a lot of pics, but I can't help being excited! :D

6" blade, 10.5" OAL, Black Linen Micarta scales with 3/8" tube pins. 1/4" thick 5160

Another HUGE thank you to Jim Adams for helping me finish this one up last night!!!!

Thanks Stan! I got to handle one of your folders the other day, and I love getting compliments from people who really know what they are doing!!!

1,2,3 taught me that I love doing this... 4, 5, 6 have taught me how to actually DO it, and also what things to look out for and refine on the next set.... Maybe its too early, but I think i miscounted and this is #6. 4 and 5 are posted in teh Custom Knife forum...

Just remember to strive to make each one better than the last one,
Merry Christmas

Thanks Pieter... I know I can do better and already have lots of things in my mind to try next...

The thicker steel looks and feels better if the tang is tapered. Your friend should be able to help you with that. It is not really that hard if you have the right tools. There is little tricks to every thing. It does look really good. Hope to join all of the others with mine soon.
