Hey DAWGS!
I recently got the computer controller for my Smart Kiln, it's the same exact unit used on the EvenHeat kilns. I'm having a little trouble programming it, if one (or 100) of you guys that know how to program this thing can give me some specific instructions on how to do this, I sure would appreciate it. The main programs I need it for is 1095, which would be to ramp straight up to 1500, with a 10 minute soak time, (the soak time is because the 1095 I have is extra thick!). The next one would be for 1084, ramp to 1475, with a 5 minute soak time. If any of y'all know the recipe for ATS34 I might like to know that one as well, I might be using some of that in the future. And the biggie, I want a program for annealing, which would be to heat up to about 1600 for most 10XX steels then reducing the heat by 100 degrees every hour, I think, if you all know a better or the correct way to do that, I would rather use a tried and proven method. I've got it installed and it is working correctly, but the directions that came with it suck! Thanks for everything y'all can do to help, Rex
