Small feather pattern dagger.

I have a hard time with daggers. The symmetry required always gives me fits.
Bone was the first choice for the handle on this little feather pattern blade, but in the end it was not stable enough to use.
The materials used in the final version are 1084/15n20, wrought iron, silicon bronze, double dyed box elder with jade green G-10 spacers.
The only thing missing is a silicon bronze finial for the butt cap; it is being made by Jim Grecni using the lost wax process.

Happy to answer any questions, Fred

Oh My!!
That is beautiful work, Fred.
I like everything about it.
The blade looks like it was poured from a cauldron of fire.
Bravo.

That is a beautiful little dagger Fred. The blade looks more like a flame than
that feather to me, but that's just FINE.

That is one sweet dagger Fred! Yeah, it sure looks like fire shootin' outa that handle. Great work.

That is great Fred, it really does look like a flame thrower out the handle. The handle is very appealing too.

Very nice work and beautiful details. Those daggers are hefty knives. I love them

Thank you all for your post. The dagger was a fun build, for me. Working with the gentleman who placed the order turned out to be a plus as well.
