Hello,
I've been intrigued with the Tom Brown Tracker for a while now and watched a couple of evaluation of the knife on YouTube. While I hate to strait up copy a design I am influenced by what I like. I think this one is a improvement over the original because it gives more cutting edge for the same blade length and that transition from thin to thick edge is pushed out so it doesn't fall on the sweet spot for chopping. This one is 3/16" thick (TOPS is 1/4") but I think its still plenty heavy. Its made from 1095 and differentially heat treated with a Caseys Plum Brown finish (I like to call it Red Satin). The handle is Macadamia wood.
