Bad news and a little more gun help

Well My hot water heater went out

So I need to sell a gun to buy another one.
I have one gun that I am willing to sell and have a couple people interested in buying it. I pretty much know what the BB value is but I am just wondering if anyone can tell me what they think it would be worth.
It is a Ruger 10/22
Carbon fiber barrel
Different trigger group(not sure what brand)
synthetic stock
Pentax scope

I dont know about your area but around here it would be in the $325-$350 range.

Depending on the brand of the barrel it could be $200 - $300 by itself.

My guess would be between $400 and $500. Depending on brands of aftermarket parts and condition.
