Hello, I am new to this forum and I decided to add some pics of one of my creations. A small damascus 7" OAL with a 3" blade, warthog scales and macassar ebony bolsters.

Thanks for looking and I'd appreciate and all feedback. Thanks again, Roger Shirley, RDS Custom Knives

hello there Welcome to the pound Roger from another Ohioan. I live up in Coshocton County.

Dang that is a pretty knife. Great job.

Larry

Welcome
Nice choice of materials. It's the way you put them together that really counts.

The gap between the spine file work, adds an interesting element, like the use of what looks like brass also.

Really some great work on the knife, sheath is good as well.
Congratulations,
Jim

Roger, Really a great looking knife. I like the combination of material you used.
The file work adds a nice final touch. 2thumbs
Something to be proud of. How ling have you been making knives.

Hello John, thanks for the kind words. I made my first knife in 1989 and continued as a hobby until around "05" when I got serious. Now I do it full time, or when I want to (which is most of the time). Thanks again - Roger
